All of the doctors , nurses and medical assistants are friendly. They listen to all of my concerns and never make me feel dismissed no matter how small my concern may be Dr.Hiep is especially knowledgeable and encouraging. The prescriptions are affordable and the pharmacists are very informative. I recommend this clinic to anyone I can.

Easy to schedule, and reminder texts are lovely: (insert provider name) is looking forward to seeing you (insert appointment time and date). This makes me smile every time. My initial appointment to establish care with a new provider was thorough and I felt 100% listened to and heard.

It’s so rare to have a good experience with US healthcare these days - and I know it’s not the doctors or physicians assistants fault a lot of the time. They are stressed and can’t spend enough time with patients. This clinic is an exception. They always make my daughter and I feel comfortable and respected. I highly recommend them!

Im a new pt of Dr. Eby (believe it was oy my 2nd or 3rd visit) as Im a medically complex pt. The nurse came in and did my vitals and next thing I knew I was quite popular and 911 was called. Dr. Eby and his staff were amazing and realized something was extremely wrong and had quick actions. They were very right with their concerns as I was extremely unwell and didn't realize it. I spent a week admitted at a local hospital and had to go home with a midline IV to continue treating very dangerous blood infections. Dr. Eby and his staff were extremely supportive and great communication between the hospital, Unify staff and the infusion pharmacy. Huge thank you to the medical staff and others at Unify as I dont know if I would be here if they didn't take quick action that day.

I chose unify because I feel strongly about supporting community health centers. I was very pleasantly surprised to arrive at a facility that was clean and welcoming and affirming. Staff were kind, supportive and genuinely happy. Dr. Cox had a student and I felt that made my care even stronger. Dr. Cox herself was smart and capable and empathic. I’m very grateful to get my primary care at unify!!
